Steve Gasparovic, Founder &VP, Product Development.  Steve has led many large scale SAP projects over his career. His experience spans a multitude of industries, including energy, retail, government, manufacturing, utilities, agriculture, telecom, retail, and high tech. His role as Technical Architect has seen him responsible for the quality and success of mission critical IT projects. Steve has made a career of establishing SAP IT Best Practices, managing the dynamics of SAP development teams and delivering SAP training solutions to clients across the Globe. He has over 25 years experience in IT with a primary focus on software quality management over the past 10 years and 6+ years direct experience with managing quality of offshore software development.

Roy Masrani, CEO. With 22 years in the software business, Roy built and sold a software company specializing in transportation management solutions. Prior to this startup, Roy had experience in numerous software development projects ranging from artificial intelligence solutions to difficult industrial problems to business intelligence applications in the transportation industry.

Henry Jaffe, P.Eng;VP, Business Development. Henry brings 30 years experience in Telecommunications and has cofounded 3 successful software companies. As a senior executive of one of the world’s largest IT firms, he has consulted with over 500 global organizations. As a strategic IT consultant he has provided guidance on enterprise application deployment to the highest levels in government and business on large scale IT transformation and governance.

Michael Giessner, Senior Technical Advisor. Michael is recognized across the industry as a leader in promoting software code quality, and the senior champion of NIKE’s Center of Excellence (widely considered to be one of the premiere SAP shops in the world). Michael has 19 years of SAP implementation experience across a variety of industries including High Tech , Consumer Products , Pharmaceuticals and Manufacturing in multiple Fortune 500 companies. Currently at NIKE, Michael has been an architect for highly complex global solutions used in 5 continents as well as solutions enabling unique country requirements for Japan,
Brazil and Greece.
