Roy Masrani brings 25 years of software development and management experience to the codeExcellence management team.Most recently, Roy founded and led a software company specializing in logistics management solutions from start-up to acquisition.Prior to this, he was involved in numerous projects ranging from the application of genetic optimization to difficult logistics problems to the application of simulation techniques to the allocation of expensive fleet assets.
Roy holds a BSc (Magna Cum Laude) in Psychology, and a MSc in Computer Science (with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence).
Steve Gasparovic - VP, Product Technology
Steve Gasparovic, founder of codeExcellence, is responsible for creating and overseeing the strategic technology and product architecture direction for the company.
With over 20 years of IT experience, Steve has vast knowledge of SAP technologies and tools, having contributed to many successful implementations. He has a successful track record of establishing SAP Best Practices and delivering training services worldwide. His experience includes exposure to the energy, utilities, government, telecommunications and retail industries.
Prior to founding codeExcellence, Steve was responsible for quality assurance for Nike's global IT development. At Enmax, he held Technical lead and SAP Architect roles focused on offshore development.
Henry Jaffe - VP, Business Development
Henry Jaffe, P.Eng, has 30 years experience in IT and co-founded 3 successful software companies. As a senior management consultant and head of Global Professional Services for Alcatel he has consulted to over 100 service providers around the world. As a strategic IT consultant he has provided strategic guidance on enterprise application deployment to the highest levels in government and enterprises across Canada.
