Features of the Exam Software SAP did at one time publish a test demo for the purpose of familiarizing oneself with the format of the testing software. However, be aware that there is no guaranteee that the test demo floating around on the Internet reflects the current version of the exam. The following is a braindump provided by past exam writers outlining some of the official SAP exam software features. • The format of the exam is very user friendly and intuitive. • You are lead from one question to the next. However, you may choose to answer any question of your choice. • Questions are grouped by topic area i.e. all authorization questions are grouped together. • You can mark any question for future review and come back to it later. • You can change your answers at any time. • The Clock will start when you begin the first question of the exam • Click on the Clock button to show your time remaining • Don't click on the EXIT Door icon until you are truly ready to exit. If this happens, do not worry because you will be prompted for confirmation. • If a question has more than one correct answer, the question will clearly indicate this and you will be allowed to check multiple answers. Multiple answers are presented in a True/False checkbox format. In the case of a single correct answer you will only be able to select one answer. • An adjudicator will be in the room to walk you through a set of instructions like how to start up the exam, end the exam, question asking, etc. If you have problems with the software, advise the adjudicator in the room immediately. • A practice exam is made available to you prior to the real exam. You will have ample time to play with the exam software. Use this opportunity to get familiar with the software and flavor of the questions • We have heard comments from students that the scoring on the Practice exam is not reflective of your true score (usually lower). Do not get rattled by your performance in the practice exam. Our recommendation is that at the end of the practice exam, DO NOT look at your score. It could throw you off for the real exam. |
